“SIMILIA SIMILIBUS CURANTUR”

Samuel Hahnemann

Homeopathy is a department of science in general medicine.

In 1796 The Homeopathic School of Medicine was founder by Dr Samuel Hahnemann, who ranks with the greatest pioneers of science. He observed that substances that are poisonous or inert in their crude or natural state can be used to cure that which they can cause. Hence the establishment of the principle of homeopathy: like cures like.

The selection of the correct homeopathic remedy is the most important part of the process. In order to do this, the makeup of the individual – not only physically but mentally and emotionally, and in relation to his or her environment – is of vital importance.

This information is ascertained during the homeopathic consultation. The substance from which the remedies are obtained are derived from animal, vegetable or mineral sources. It is not the substance that produces the curative effect, but the inherent energy that is released from the substance when it is homeopathically prepared by the pharmacists trained in this speciality.

The purpose of the homeopathic remedy is to stimulate the natural healing potential of the body.

Homeopathic medicines are prepared in tablet, pillule, granules or liquid. They are simple to take – under the tongue, when the mouth is clean.

They should not be handled more than necessary. The patient is discouraged from taking any other strong stimulants, particularly coffee, mint or alcohol, while receiving homeopathic treatment.

“"The energy of the body is the vital flow that connects us to the Universe”

Paracelsus

“The art of healing comes from Nature, not from the physician. Therefore the physician must start form Nature with an open mind.”

Paracelsus
